When asked about how to meditate, I reply "If you can breathe, you can meditate." In our busy worlds, we forget how to stop and feel our souls within. It is so simple, really. Just breathe. Just be. Give your brain some much needed downtime...your body will gladly follow suit. I feel more like a meditation 'mediator'...I don't know that you can truly teach someone to meditate. I share the tools for meditation; techniques I have learned from wonderful teachers, years of experience and exploring and reading, that have worked for me, that have kept me whole, healthy, and sane. The rest is up to the individual...and how deep and dedicated they are to the practice. Sometimes, I share serious meditation methods - other times, practices that are lighter. All methods are fun and soul soothing. I love that 'a-ha' moment from a totally new practitioner of the art! That makes it all worth the effort. They will never forget that moment, and if they choose, can continue the expansion of that moment for the rest of their lives. They can then truly, always relax body and mind and spirit...and, with just a breath, transcend the skin...
May you reconnect to the peace within....
In humble service...Bohn
